We cannot recommend the Dicker Morin group highly enough for anyone's Austin area Real Estate needs! We found them through an excellent recommendation, and our experience with them even surpassed that. We are an Active Duty Army family currently stationed in Germany but moving to the Austin area later this summer, and Jenny and Lana gave us the best experience we have had purchasing a home, even from thousands of miles away. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area, clearly put our best interest first, and were excellent at communication via email, video chats, and texting even with a 7 hour time difference to us. We cannot recommend the Dicker Morin group highly enough for anyone's Austin area Real Estate needs! We found them through an excellent recommendation, and our experience with them even surpassed that. We are an Active Duty Army family currently stationed in Germany but moving to the Austin area later this summer, and Jenny and Lana gave us the best experience we have had purchasing a home, even from thousands of miles away. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area, clearly put our best interest first, and were excellent at communication via email, video chats, and texting even with a 7 hour time difference to us. We haven't experienced such great communication even from people within the same time zone as us. We really didn't have to ask them to do anything - they went to multiple homes that fit our needs and sent us videos/disclosure packages before we even told them we were interested. They provided honest input and had helpful answers or recommendations to our questions. They were attentive to the unusual demands that came with being our eyes and ears in the Austin area, and put together a favorable-to-us offer on the house of our dreams, which was accepted! We honestly had no problems or issues at all; it was the smoothest and easiest process we have had with obtaining a home, and we move every 3 years with the Army. Plus, the ladies are wonderful, personable women that we look forward to seeing socially once we arrive in Texas. When the next time comes to buy a house, we will definitely be using the Dicker Morin group again.

It's hard to find a great real estate agent. Over the years I've worked with many both selling and buying homes. I consider myself so lucky to have found Lana. She obviously has been in the business for a long time because she is very knowledgeable about real estate including rentals. Selling a rental during the COVID pandemic wasn't easy because of so many new laws/ regulations regarding renters. Lana worked with me to make sure I was fully informed of the new laws and was taking the proper steps prior to listing. That was a big feat in itself and I was very thankful she was there to guide me. She continued to surprise me, though. She didn't ignore it; she allowed me to do as much as I wanted or let her handle things. I very much appreciated that. The sale of my rental house wasn't easy because a new mandate in San Mateo required the replacement of the sewer lateral. With no hesitation, Lana got that process going and managed the process and contractor. And, this was a very difficult process because my sewer line was below a major thoroughfare with very heavy traffic that required multiple cities and state agencies to be involved. Let me just say she was persistent in pushing that process through completion; if she hadn't, I'd still be in escrow! But, that wasn't the only issue. We had a buyer that was very particular, as they should be. Every time an issue arose, Lana addressed it with a resolution that would move the sale forward. No drama, just business. She is a great problem-solver and doesn't waste time. If you want someone who will work to truly represent you and your interests (not her/his interests) and is extremely business savvy and knowledgeable, then go with Lana Pierce.

This was really great because it saved a lot of time and energy, and it provided a reference for us.
